The story behind the product · 3 min read
Turning visible browser messages into structured output.
Browser automation needs to be controllable as well as useful. This tool exposes starting, monitoring and stopping the flow.
01 / Experience
Start, stop and download JSON
Start in the right tab
The popup sends a start message to the active Telegram Web tab and reports when the tab/content script is unavailable.
Watch collection
Status and message count are shown in the popup, with a stop control.
Download output
The download flow produces JSON. Use is limited to authorized conversations and appropriate privacy expectations.
02 / Product structure
What sits behind the screen?
These areas support one experience through different responsibilities, keeping the user-facing flow simpler.
Popup
Controls, status and counts.
Content script
Collection flow inside the page.
Tab messaging
Chrome messaging and active-tab queries.
For the technically curious: code and architecture
The Chrome extension uses messaging between popup.js and content.js. START_SCRAPING, STOP_SCRAPING, GET_STATUS and DOWNLOAD_JSON are called from the interface. Server-account or private-API access is not claimed.
03 / Commercial structure
Commercial model and implemented boundaries.
No paid-access or advertising layer was found. This is a browser-tool project; collection itself is not presented as a data-sales business.
04 / Publishing & growth
How does the product reach its audience?
Distribution uses a Chrome extension structure: manifest, popup and content script. Chrome Web Store publishing or campaign results were not verified.
05 / Development
From one idea to a product flow.
No independent history was found. Start, stop, status and download responsibilities are explicit, making a small automation user-controlled.
Based on reviewed local source, available Git messages and product records. Development features may differ from the store version; where available, screenshots come from the existing store presentation; module cards are explanatory diagrams.
